4.85% LTV MAX
5. Last refi must be at least 12 months old
6. 600 credit score or above
7. No bankruptcy in 2 years or foreclosures in last 3 years

8. W2 DTI 42% or less

9. IF lead wants to combine 1st and second must be 80% LTV
