GLOBAL CONTACT CENTERS COMPLETES ASSET ACQUISITION

Boston, Massachusetts----Jan 9, 2007 -- Global Contact Centers INC. Announced on Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of key assets from LSN, LLC. Under the terms of the agreement, GCC acquired intellectual property, capital assets and skilled resources.

"LSN, LLC's technology and resources create further opportunities for us in the growing Contact Center market and will greatly enhance our position in these verticles,” Executive Vice President of Global Contact Centers Said.

"We had to work out some of the due diligence issues over the last few months," Hambardiker said of the delays.

"This transaction further cements GCC ’s leadership position and growth in the Contact Center Business," he added.

With the completion of this acquisition, key assets and employees will be integrated into the combined companies and increse its capability to deliver even more software value add technology for its customers.
